Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days for DVD's and Books, after receipt of payment unless the item is not in stock, and are shipped via City Link or Royal Mail.

Clothing and Accessories can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

Mattress orders can take 3-4 weeks at the moment for delivery

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Your items will be packed well, in either a box or a bag as appropriate.
